SuperCat’s core product was created after watching sales reps struggle to sell products using paper catalogs and loose sales sheets. In September 2010, just five months after the iPad was introduced, a home furnishings company used eCat to replace over two tons of expensive and difficult to manage paper sales materials. This radically changed the way that company sells to this day. So SuperCat Solutions was founded in 2011 to provide eCat and other sales oriented software solutions to product distribution companies.

SuperCat Solutions consults with clients, then configures our software services to meet their specific needs. Our team’s practical business experience and technical expertise positions SuperCat to both understand and meet the needs of product distribution and sales organizations.
eCat is an iPad based interactive electronic catalog and order taking tool that replaces paper sales materials. It works without an Internet connection. eCat was designed specifically to help sales reps quickly and efficiently match products to customer needs and take orders. Manufacturers and distributors in the furniture, lighting, gift, housewares, clothing, grocery, and other industries have found eCat to be the perfect tool for their outside sales teams
eCat Online is a web site service for companies that already use eCat. It enables customers and team members to browse catalogs customized to their specific needs. They can use eCat Online to check inventory, email product information, place orders, and more using any Internet connected device they prefer. Closed sites, user enrollment, and B2B shopping cart options are available for eCat Online. Because eCat Online uses already available data for the web sites, implementation is fast and maintenance requires little to no effort.
eCat Online Portal is a sales portal companion to eCat Online that provides sales teams and their customers self-serve access to detailed order status and invoice history. A dashboard shows summary sales information by territory, product, and customer with drill-down access to details. The portal service closely integrates with the eCat iPad app.
