For a brief period sometime between 5am and 8am Eastern time Saturday, September 11 it will not be possible to upload files to SuperCat's FTP server. All other eCat and eCat Online services will continue to function normally. Please notify your IT department so they will not be concerned by any error messages in your company's file transfer logs.

To provide even faster performance as many of you begin preparing for the High Point and other fall trade shows, SuperCat Solutions is upgrading the FTP server used for importing data and image files. While we are switching to the new server it will not be possible to access the FTP server to upload files. After the upgrade process is complete, your company's automated file transfer processes should resume functioning normally.
