Option Images #
Option images are usually photos of finishes, fabrics, and other options. They may also be labels, like 'COM', or 'Large'. The images display as buttons users can tap to choose options for items being ordered.
Specifications #
Option photos should be square and in JPEG format with the file extension '.jpg' in lower case. The display size in eCat is 300px x 300px. Option images with no white space around the image look best.
Option image file names can be specified in the 'ImageName' field in the 'options.csv' file. If image file names are not specified in options.csv, they must be named with the option code followed by the '.jpg' file extension.
Individual option images can be uploaded one at a time with the option photo upload tool. To upload multiple option images, put them on your eCat FTP site under the /option_images directory.
