Test Your Scanner with Your iPad

Many users don't realize your scanner pairs to you iPad, not to eCat. Here's how you can test that the two devices are pairing correctly.

Open the Notes app on your iPad
Use your scanner device to scan any barcode. Can be on a cereal box, any product will work!
If you see the numbers showing up in your notes app that match the barcode you are looking at, your all set!
