Summary eCat Usage Report #
Use this report to see who is using your eCat and how often. The summary report lists total number of login events per user/iPad combination. This not only provides a quick view into which of users are best using your sales tools, but will also alert you to security breaches if user credentials are being misused.
IMPORTANT! If a user is listed more than once on this report with different device ID's, their user credentials are being used on more than one iPad. Warn your users against doing this! eCat is designed as a "one user, one iPad" program. Because MyStacks and other data are backed up to the server by user, this information can be lost and other data corruption can occur if more than one person uses the same user credentials or if a single user uses their eCat account on more than one iPad.
Enter a username or device ID in the search box to list logins for a specific user or iPad.
Specify beginning and ending dates to run the report for a specific date range.
Use the dropdown box to select from different report sorting options.
