Missing Images Reports #
These reports list all items which do not have a matching product image file. The purpose is to make it easier for you to keep your eCat product photography complete.
Running the Missing Images Reports #
From the admin console, go to the Tools menu. Select Admin Reports. There are two versions of the report.
Images Missing from Server: If an image file name is specified in the product record, the report will list the file name of the missing image. The report will also indicate if a product in the product file has no image file name specified.
Images Missing from Server (primary images only): Similar to the report above, but only looks for the 1st image listed for each product. This is the 'primary image' for each product. This can be a quicker more targeted report to run to ensure all products in your catalog have at least 1 image.
